Wait time, Quality, Other, Customer service Ironically, we had two different vehicles in need of towing within two days. Our mechanic recommended you all for the first one, so we went with his recommendation. In our first contact, the lady on the phone had a great attitude, was very polite, attentive and friendly. Communication throughout the process was professional and appreciated. We were not left wondering what was going on. I felt confident we were important to you as customers and being well taken care of. Nathan, our “Tow-myster” came to the rescue! No long wait!!! He was very polite and friendly. I could tell he knew his stuff. The vehicle was in a very precarious position and I had my doubts how he could get it loaded. To my surprise, he made it look simple. I’m not sure how he got such a large truck in such a small space. He made it look effortless. The next day my van (50 miles away) broke down, so I contacted you all again. I requested Nathan if he was available. Again, Nathan did a great job conscientiously taking care of our vehicles and doing so with a great attitude and friendly smile. I’ve employed hundreds of people over the years and I can read people pretty well. This is the kind of guy you’ll want to keep on your team. He’ll keep customers coming back. Overall, our experience with your company was professional, refreshingly polite and definitely exceeded our expectations. You made a couple really bad days much, much better.
